Shopify subscription bundle app
Elite Bundle Builder is a Shopify subscription bundle app for the plans you already sell: shoppers pick one-time purchase or subscribe right above Add to cart, and the bundle goes to the cart on the plan they chose. The plans come from your subscription app, and the bundle discount stacks on top of the plan's own saving. It is free, like the rest of the app.

What shoppers see
A purchase options picker sits just above the button that adds the bundle:

Prices show on each option, or only in the cart total if you prefer. The subscribe price is the plan's price from your subscription app with the bundle discount taken off, so a plan at 10% off and a 10% bundle tier make 19% off. The picker updates as items go in and out of the bundle.
Works with the subscription app you already use
Plans come from a subscription app that sells through Shopify selling plans, such as Recharge, Appstle, Seal, Loop, Skio or Shopify Subscriptions. Elite Bundle Builder reads those selling plans and nothing more. It does not create plans, bill, or handle renewals, skips, swaps or a customer portal; your subscription app does all of that.
Every product in the bundle has to be in the same subscription plan in your subscription app. When you turn subscriptions on, the app checks this and refuses if no single plan holds every product (a step built from a collection is checked on its first 250 products). The bundle then connects that plan, and if several plans fit, you can change which one. Shoppers pick a delivery frequency from the connected plan's options that every item they picked shares. If an item they picked is not on the plan, the subscribe option is hidden and the bundle sells one-time.

You also choose whether prices show on each option or only in the cart total, what is selected by default, whether to sell on subscription only, and whether to show a savings badge such as "Save 10%". For each delivery option in the connected plan, you can set the name shoppers see, its own badge text and which option is the default. Every word in the picker is translatable: those per-option texts in the bundle, the shared picker texts in Settings, Language & Texts. The editor preview shows the connected plan's real delivery options, so you style the picker with what shoppers will see.
The bundle discount on subscription orders
The bundle discount runs at checkout through a Shopify Function, with no code for the shopper to type. In the app's Settings, Bundle discount, you choose whether subscription orders get it, on every order or a set number of orders, and what it combines with: product, order and shipping discounts. Turn it off and checkout does not apply the bundle discount to subscribed bundles. The bundle discounts page covers the tiers themselves.
Which bundles can be sold on subscription
Build your own bundles and multi-option bundles. Fixed bundles cannot, because Shopify does not sell its own bundles on selling plans. A multi-option bundle is the one-to-one replacement that works: one option per product, and a tier at a fixed bundle price for the same price.
In the cart
Shopify does not merge cart lines that carry a selling plan, so a subscribed bundle goes in as one line per item, each tied to the bundle. A one-time purchase of the same bundle is still one bundle line. Stock is tracked on the real products either way.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate subscription app?
Yes. Your subscription app creates the plans and handles billing, renewals and every change a subscriber makes later. Elite Bundle Builder shows the connected plan on the bundle and adds each item to the cart on the delivery frequency the shopper chose.
Does it cost extra?
No. Subscriptions are part of the free app, with every other feature. Your subscription app has its own pricing.
Can I sell a bundle only on subscription?
Yes. Turn on Subscription only and one-time purchase is hidden. If an item the shopper picked is not on the connected plan, the bundle still sells one-time.
How do I set it up?
Put every product in the bundle in the same plan in your subscription app, then open the bundle, go to Config, Subscriptions and turn on Offer subscriptions.
