Shopify bundle app features, bundles to analytics
This page lists every Shopify bundle app feature in Elite Bundle Builder, from the two bundle types to the developer SDK. All of it is included on the free plan, which is the only plan. If you want to know what the app can and cannot do before you install, read this page top to bottom.

Two bundle types
Build your own bundle
A build your own bundle walks the shopper through steps you define. For each step you choose where the products come from (specific products or a whole collection), how many the shopper must and may pick, whether they can pick the same product twice, and whether the step counts as a gift. A whole-bundle limit caps the total, and you can lock the add buttons once the top discount tier is reached.
Good fits: gift boxes, skincare routines, snack boxes, meal kits, sample packs, "pick any 5" offers.
Multi-option bundle
A multi-option bundle is a fixed set. Each option is either a group of products (the shopper picks one) or a single product with its own Shopify options (the shopper picks colour, then size). It renders on the product page and uses the theme's native Add to cart button. Sold-out combinations are blocked automatically.
Good fits: outfits, matching sets, kits where every component ships.
Discounts that apply at checkout
Discounts run through Shopify Functions, so there is no code to type and nothing to stack wrongly. For build your own bundles you set tiers by item count or order total, calculated as percentage off, fixed amount off, a fixed bundle price, or an amount off per item. Multi-option bundles take one flat percentage or amount off. Removing the last tier switches the discount off.
The bundle discounts page has worked examples.
One bundle line in the cart
A cart transform collapses the picked items into one bundle line that lists what is inside. Inventory is tracked on the real products, so stock, reports and fulfilment work the way they already do.
Templates and display
Each bundle starts from a template. Landing page templates (standard, classic, compact, horizontal) give the bundle a full page, either replacing the product page or living on a dedicated page. Product page templates (grid, list) place the builder as a widget next to your native product form. Multi-option bundles always render inside the product page.
Design controls, per bundle
Everything below is set per bundle in the Design tab, with a live preview beside the settings.
| Area | What you control |
|---|---|
| Banner | Heading, text and image at the top of the bundle |
| Product cards | Grid or list, search, sold-out handling, quick view modal |
| Variant pickers | Per option: label, swatch or dropdown, with an image or colour per value; or show each variant as its own card |
| Steps | Progress, tabs or stacked |
| Bundle cart | Slots or rows, vertical or horizontal, drawer, savings line |
| Discount display | Progress bar, segmented, or box |
| Branding | Colours, corner radius, card size, image ratio |
Custom CSS is store wide for anything the controls do not cover. The design and customize guide covers each setting.

Custom data on product cards
Show product metafields on each card: a badge on the image, a line under the price, or a text block. Text, number, date, URL and colour metafields work, including lists, which become one badge per entry. The metafield needs a definition with storefront access turned on in Shopify. The same values show in the quick view modal.
Use it for calories, dietary tags, care instructions, or anything else you already store on the product. Setup steps are in the custom data section of the docs.
Translatable texts and a multilingual admin
Every storefront string, from step titles to the discount message, is a translatable text. The admin itself is available in five languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
Bundle analytics
The analytics page shows views, orders, revenue, conversion rate and average order value, each over time, plus top bundles by revenue and by conversion rate. Nothing to set up beyond publishing a bundle.

Publishing and operations
- Draft, unlisted and active statuses, so you can test a bundle before shoppers see it.
- Duplicate a bundle for a campaign variant.
- Preview at mobile width in the editor.
- One save bar for the whole editor; nothing reaches the storefront until you save.
- Setup status checks on the settings page.
Developer SDK
For a fully custom storefront UI, window.eliteBundle.sdk exposes bundle state and actions, and six elite:byob:* events fire as the shopper builds. Discounts and the cart line still work exactly as they do with the built-in UI. The SDK reference documents every method and event.
Support
In-app chat, with a reply in about 10 minutes during IST business hours and one business day at most.
What is not included
Pre-curated fixed bundles, volume breaks and subscription bundles are not available yet. We would rather say so here than have you find out after install.
Next steps
See how to create a bundle, or check the pricing page if you are wondering what the catch is. Then install the app.
